Terms
Checkout is closed and no paid offer is being made yet. These prelaunch terms need review with the final merchant identity, jurisdiction and payment-processor requirements before payments open.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to access explicit adult fiction where you live. If either condition is not true, do not use the service.
Your account
Give accurate sign-in information, keep access to your email secure and do not share a paid account outside any household terms shown at checkout. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Free catalog access
All published catalog stories and full narration are free for now. Reading and listening do not require an account or payment details. Optional saved activity requires sign-in and your privacy choices. No subscription or charge begins by using this free access. Any future paid offering will be announced separately.
Cancellation and refunds
When recurring billing opens, cancellation will stop future renewals and access is intended to continue through the already paid period. Refund handling and exceptions are described on the refund and cancellation page. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.
Private briefs, custom generation and credit purchases are closed during this free catalog phase. Existing account and private-data controls remain available.
Custom stories
You control the names and structured directions you submit. All depicted characters must be adults. Do not submit private information you do not have the right to use, or use the service to threaten, impersonate, target or harm an identifiable person. Additional generation limits will be shown before credits are sold.
Private content and review
Custom stories are not published in the public catalog. Automated checks and limited human review may still be used to operate the service, investigate failures, enforce these terms, answer a support request or meet a legal duty.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt to access another person's account or private content, bypass service controls, overload the service, introduce malicious code, resell access, infringe rights or use the service for unlawful conduct. The more specific content rules also apply.
Availability and changes
Stories, voices and features may change or be removed. Generation and narration can fail or be delayed. We may limit, suspend or close access when reasonably needed for security, misuse, provider availability or legal compliance.
Ownership
Obey Stories owns or licenses the public catalog, branding, software and site design. You keep rights you already hold in your lawful inputs. The final paid terms will state the licence for private generated output before custom credits are offered.
